Notes: One of the largest and grandest rivers on the Applecross peninsula, it flows out of Loch Bràigh an Achaidh (q.v.) - firstly south, then south-west and then north-west to flow through Baile Thurad (q.v.) and then south into the sea at Ceann a' Chladaich (q.v.) The coordinates here are taken at the lower reach of the river, just above the high-tide line.
