W. J. Watson's notes: 204: Hartfield - G. Coille-mhùiridh ... Near the keeper's house is a pool called Poll a' Bhior or a' Bhior-pholl; bior is an old Ir. word glossed 'water' and 'well'; 'Well-pool.'
