Notes: This name was recorded by Dr Alexander K Gillies who wrote: The main Culduie banks were a considerable distance up the hill behind the houses near the skyline.......our particular bank was at a place called Glacnah-imrich.<br /><br /><br /><br />Imrich means to flit, move house or migrate, and is often used in relation to the movement of people from their homes to the shielings during the summer, and/or back again.
