Notes: This is the name applied on more modern Ordnance Survey maps for the river which flows through Gleann Shìldeaig on the west side of the current road, and flows into the southern end of Loch Dùghaill. Older sources give the name as Allt nan Gleann,, but it appears as Abhainn nan Lùb on the Bathymetric Survey Charts, 1897-1909
